We're Hiring: Community Engagement and Communications Specialist Are you passionate about building vibrant communities and driving engagement? We’re looking for a Community Engagement and Communications Specialist to join our dynamic Content at Scale Team Location: Walton Oaks, Tadworth (onsite) ⏳ Contract: 6 months | 37 hours per week Rate: £35.91 per hour via PAYE OR £47.87 per hour (via Umbrella) About the Role: As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in nurturing our community, activating users, and driving seamless communication within the Adobe Program . You'll develop engagement strategies, lead training sessions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster an active and engaged user base. ✅ Create compelling communication materials—newsletters, social media posts, and internal updates. ✅ Lead training and support for EU markets and flex for other regions as needed. ✅ Plan and execute virtual and in-person community events. ✅ Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Digital, and Commercial Operations. ✅ Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to optimize processes. ✅ Identify and nurture community champions to amplify our reach. ✅ Stay up-to-date with industry trends in community management and communications. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or related field. Around 10 or 15 experience in the fast moving goods or retail. Proven experience in community engagement, communications, or a similar role. Strong communication skills with a knack for crafting engaging content. Experience with Adobe tools, social media, content management, and analytics. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A creative mindset with a passion for community building.
