Brand Manager

As our Brand Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our brand's presence and growth, collaborating with various departments to create impactful, consistent storytelling and marketing initiatives. Job Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our brand strategy, managing marketing campaigns, and driving customer engagement. You will work closely with our sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure a unified approach to all brand touchpoints. This is a hands-on role that offers the chance to think strategically while executing detailed projects across various channels. Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Positioning: Refine and evolve the brand strategy to support business growth and expansion. Conduct competitor analysis and customer insights research to identify key brand opportunities. Ensure consistent brand presence across all channels and customer interactions. Marketing & Campaign Management: Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement. Align brand messaging with business goals in collaboration with the product and sales teams. Optimise key brand touchpoints, including website, social media, email, PR, and events. Set, track, and analyse KPIs to gauge brand success and refine marketing strategies. Manage brand marketing budgets to maximize ROI. Brand Storytelling & Content Development: Oversee content creation that tells compelling brand stories across all platforms. Manage creative assets to ensure high-quality visuals and messaging that align with brand values. Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and internal teams to execute content initiatives. Lead digital marketing efforts, including paid media, SEO, and content marketing. Community & Customer Engagement: Develop and nurture an engaged brand community through social media, events, and partnerships. Manage influencer collaborations, PR campaigns, and brand ambassador programs. Collect and analyse customer feedback to refine messaging and brand positioning. New Product Development: Identify and manage strategic partnerships to align with the brand's growth objectives. Support go-to-market strategies for new product launches and market expansions. Experience: Strong background in brand management, ideally within FMCG Proven experience in growing a brand within a fast-paced, scale-up environment. Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance metrics, and data-driven decisions. Excellent storytelling, content marketing, and communication skills. Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and creative teams. Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions. Why Join Us?
