Location : Easton Lane, Winchester - travel to the office required with some remote working available Hours : Permanent Fulltime –- some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us Salary : £48,000 - £52,000 per year £4,000 annual car allowance benefits What will you be responsible for? As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll support the commercial management of various aspects of the contract — from emergency repairs and incident response to routine maintenance and minor improvement schemes. Your day to day will include: Provide commercial expertise to contracts, to include the production and submission of applications for payment, claims, budget monitoring Assess, review and mitigate commercial and contractual risks and implement Kier Group's policies for risk management Effectively manage supply chain, raising orders, assessing applications and variations, and agreeing final accounts What are we looking for?
