Research and External Engagement (REE) is a new integrated service dedicated to driving forward the Universitys ambitions for, research, innovation, skills and enterprise.? UWE Bristol isan established provider ofHigher and Degree level apprenticeships.To support the growth of apprenticeship programmes, the University has invested in a dedicated Centre for Apprenticeships within the REE service, responsible for account management of relationships with employer partners and supporting growth in this area, whilst also supporting programmes to be compliant with external agency governance and ensure employers, apprentices and stakeholders receive excellent service. This is an exciting time to join UWE Bristol and support the ambitious growth of our apprenticeship provision as a leading provider regionally and nationally. About you As a member of the Centre for Apprenticeships, the Apprenticeship Progress Manager will oversee a cluster of apprenticeship programmes, leading a team of Apprenticeship Progress Coordinators to support apprentices on programme within core subject areas. The Apprenticeship Progress Manager will have a good understanding of apprenticeship compliance and ensure the team are meeting high performance objectives in this area, working closely with apprentices and employers. The Apprenticeship Progress Manager will also be responsible for a smaller caseload of apprentices and/or employer partnership within their cluster. As part of the team, you will have an exciting opportunity to be a part of the ongoing growth of apprenticeships at the university, as well as your own development. You should have a good understanding of English apprenticeships, including compliance and funding within the Education & Skills Funding Agency guidance and Quality Assurance including Ofsted.
