Bathroom Fitters Wanted – Disabled Adaptations Team We are currently looking to recruit two experienced bathroom fitters to join our Disabled Adaptations Team, focusing primarily on the installation of level access showers .Key Responsibilities & Required Experience: Level Access Shower Installations Skilled in fitting level access shower rooms Experience with both preformed trays and traditional methods (floor excavation and screeding to create gradient falls) Tiling Confident in tiling bathrooms using standard-size tiles (not large format) Committed to delivering high-quality finishes Plumbing & Heating NVQ Level 2 qualification preferred or strong, proven time-served experience Time-served applicants must be able to provide references General Building Work Competent in related tasks such as door widening, stud wall installation, etc. Bathroom Adaptation Features Experience building boxing in bathrooms Fitting accessible features like handrails and wash/dry toilets (e.g., Closomat) Familiarity with the installation of waste pumps (e.g., Whale pumps) is essential Additional Requirements: Physically fit due to the nature of the work Able to work independently and as part of a team High standards of workmanship and customer care If you're a skilled, reliable professional with a passion for quality and helping people live more independently, we want to hear from you.
