General overview: We are looking for a Social Media & Events Executive to work within our Marketing department to optimise our social media and events output. Responsibilities: Working multi-brand across social media Social media planning and distribution, feeding into the yearly content calendar Predominately across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram YouTube Management Manage external graphic design resource for all supporting collateral Managing the LinkedIn Newsletter in collaboration with our Email Marketer Manage paid ads in collaboration with Head of Marketing and Paid Ads team Working with Exec team on their LinkedIn profiles when requested Social media reporting and optimisation Organising and managing events in collaboration with Marketing Administrator Support on wider marketing tasks when appropriate Experience & Qualifications Experience using HubSpot 3 years of experience in a similar role Excellent written communication, spelling and grammar Experience using Klaviyo as an email system
