As we prepare for upcoming global tournaments like the FIFA World Cup 26™ and the Rugby World Cup 2027, we're looking for an HR Development Project Manager to strengthen our team. You'll be instrumental in implementing innovative HR solutions around the following projects : Strategic Workforce Planning Corporate HR projects delivery Talent Development and Training Your Responsibilities HR Project Management and processes structuration Manage and drive all HR-Corporate projects Support Corporate initiatives on the HR-related subjects (i.e. CSR initiatives…) Develop detailed project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and resource requirements Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to support project quality Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication Serve as the key point of contact for all project stakeholders while supporting change management on corporate projects Monitor progress, make necessary adjustments, and resolve emerging issues Analyze performance of active HR Development projects and ensure they meet company needs SWP/ GPEC Design and ensure Job Architecture is coherent and meet standards (Job Titles, Job Description) Analyze current workforce demographics, skills inventory, and competency gaps Forecast future talent needs based on business strategy and projected growth Develop succession plans for critical roles and leadership positions Collaborate with business leaders to understand evolving skill requirements Monitor workforce metrics and KPIs to evaluate planning effectiveness Talent Development & Training Excellence Design and deliver comprehensive learning and development plans tailored to employee needs across departments Assess training requirements and align programs with business and company goals Stay current with HR trends to continuously improve our development programs Support career growth through innovative tools and implementation strategies Ensure all HR development initiatives comply with company policies and legal requirements Generate insightful HR reports to demonstrate impact of development actions Drive our Graduate Programme initiatives throughout the company and outside Is it really for me?
