As a Tutoring Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and assessment of our tutoring programs for both online and in-person courses, ensuring excellent service and student experience. REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Pedagogy, Languages, Psychology, or related fields. Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Tutoring, EAD, or related areas. Desirable knowledge in Pedagogical Tutoring, Academic Tutoring, or similar roles. Knowledge in customer service. Activities include: Responding to student support requests; Participating in videoconferences; Creating spaces for collective knowledge building; Selecting support materials and theoretical backing for content; Participating in teaching and learning evaluation processes; Helping students develop individual and group activities, fostering research habits; Clarifying doubts regarding specific content and technology use; Attending mandatory in-person sessions, such as evaluations, practical classes, and internships; Managing financial accounts related to the sector; Creating and monitoring course folders on Google Drive; Supervising, creating, and registering courses on digital platforms according to marketing outlines; Monitoring teachers' schedules for upcoming mentoring and live sessions; Overseeing student testimonials on the EAD platform; Informing students about scheduled classes in advance; Updating purchase spreadsheets and managing course access for students; Handling student cancellation requests and coordinating with finance for refunds; Participating in meetings and training as directed; Performing other related activities as assigned by supervisors. This is a presencial position in Londrina.
