Additional responsibilities include gathering customer feedback and collaborating with the wider team to improve services. What We are Looking For: A passion for cats and an understanding of pet owners' needs. At least 1 year previous experience in customer services Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally. Strong problem-solving abilities and quick thinking to provide effective support. Comfort with technology, customer service platforms, and learning new tools.
