Project Manager - Pharma

This is a temporary project management role based in our client's site in Noventa Padovana. We are seeking a dynamic Project Management Office (PMO) Specialist to join our team for a temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will have background in project management within the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated industry, demonstrating a proven track record of leading and supporting projects to successful completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational and communication skills, who can effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders. Responsibilities: Develop and implement PMO processes and policies and monitor their compliance and quality impact to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Coordinate and manage project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality, and cost. Analyze project risks, opportunities, and issues effectively, and recommend solutions. Maintain project documentation and ensure all project information is appropriately documented and secured. Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive staff. Provide guidance, direction, and support to project managers and teams. Foster collaboration and communication among project teams and stakeholders. Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in project management and the pharmaceutical industry. Preparation of transfer documents under GMP standards (in Italian language).
