As a People Business Partner, you’ll ensure our teams are engaged, supported, and set up for success. Your key responsibilities: Build strong and meaningful relationships with key departments and stakeholders at all levels. Support leadership on people-related matters. Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance team performance. Lead recruitment for assigned departments. Manage staffing plans for our Malta office, using internal mobility and external hiring. Identify training needs and propose solutions. You’ll play a key role in evolving the People department, contributing to projects such as: HRIT system implementation Defining our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) Designing a compensation policy Enhancing recruitment strategies What Will You Bring to the Table? 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with focus on employee relations and talent management. Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus, but not a must Ability to navigate key HR processes like Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Training & Development. A strong understanding of Maltese labour law to ensure compliance and best practices across our organisation. What’s in It for You at Clever?
