Purpose of the Role: Support the HR Department in executing the employee cycle plan, focusing on communication and employee engagement activities. Responsibilities include: Developing and implementing internal communication plans to promote corporate culture and enhance employee engagement; Supporting recruitment by coordinating communication with candidates and scheduling interviews; Assisting in designing training courses and tracking their delivery; Providing administrative support related to onboarding and offboarding processes; Contributing to HR projects aimed at process improvement. Requirements: Currently studying Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; Excellent writing and verbal communication skills; A creative approach; Proficiency with digital communication tools and social media; Good command of English.
