Specifically: Organizing and managing the superior's agenda; Sorting mail and incoming calls; Organizing meetings, conference calls, and events, including setup and cleanup of environments; Booking business trips and managing travel arrangements; Drafting texts and documents, such as meeting minutes or translations from foreign languages; Participating in business trips to accompany the owner; Performing various administrative and operational tasks. Requirements include: Diploma or degree in humanistic or linguistic subjects; Fluent knowledge of the English language; Excellent knowledge of main IT tools and social media, and familiarity with using PCs, tablets, and mobile phones; Preferably, some experience in the role; Passion for fashion and knowledge of brands; Flexibility in working hours and availability; Direct employment in the company, with a fixed-term or indefinite contract depending on the profile; Salary range according to CCNL Pelli e Cuoio Industria, between €24,000 and €30,000 gross per year, based on experience and seniority; Attended dining area and healthcare assistance; Opportunities for professional growth.
