The “ H-FARM Summer Academy ” summer project offers children and youth aged 5 to 19 an immersive experience in digital and sports topics in English at Europe's most innovative campus. We are seeking passionate individuals in education and training to fill the role of Digital Educator / Tech Mentor for the 2025 edition. Candidates should possess technical skills related to technology and digital fields, and be capable of inspiring and guiding participants through innovative and engaging activities. Work Hours and Location From June 16 to August 8, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., at H-FARM Campus in Ca' Tron di Roncade (TV). Tasks and Responsibilities Support and lead participants during creative and digital learning workshops. Deliver activities in English. Master workshop topics, demonstrating in-depth skills and ability to convey knowledge clearly and engagingly, adapting content to diverse needs. Supervise and accompany participants during weekly educational outings. Coordinate and collaborate with staff. Attend training meetings and prepare for activities using digital tools. Work autonomously to reach the work location. Requisites - Hard Skills Excellent command of English (C1-C2 level). Skills in STEAM fields: Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics. Proficiency in visual and text-based programming (mBlock, MakeCode, Scratch, Lua, C#). Experience with robotics (Lego Spike Essential and Prime, mBot, Sphero Bolt, iRoot iRobot). Knowledge of video game platforms (Minecraft Education, Roblox Studio, Unity). Electronics skills (micro:bit, Makey Makey, Arduino). Familiarity with VR/AR/AI tools (Unity, Adobe FireFly). Digital storytelling, graphic design, videomaking (iMovie, Clips, Stop Motion, Garageband, Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience in education or pedagogy, especially related to Creative Learning or Design Thinking. Requisites - Soft Skills Interpersonal and communication skills. Teamwork and empathy. Leadership and creativity. Computational and critical thinking. Willingness to learn, train, and challenge oneself. Nice to Have Experience with CoderDojo, FabLab, Makerspace, after-school programs, or PNRR applications. Residence in nearby areas. First aid certification. What We Offer 40 working hours per week.
