Salary range is €16,500 - €19,000 for the 6 month contract. We’re looking for a creative and highly organized Creative Specialist & Design Coordinator to cover our current Coordinator’s maternity leave. In this role, you’ll coordinate design operations across our brands (Beefree, Beefree SDK, RGE), support a team of 3 designers, manage workflows, and also contribute hands-on with design work such as creating campaign visuals and marketing assets. This position suits someone who enjoys creative and operational tasks, has excellent relational skills, thrives remotely, and has a keen eye for quality design. Key Responsibilities Team Coordination & Design Ops Coordinate design projects across all brands. Manage task prioritization, timelines, and resources for 3 designers. Oversee design request intake and team handoffs. Hands-On Design Work Design emails and landing pages for campaigns and promotions. Create marketing visuals like booth assets, one-pagers, presentations, social visuals. Support social media and email marketing teams with design needs. Update assets for sales outreach and enablement materials. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align materials with messaging and branding. Qualifications Strong background in digital graphic design and layout. Experience managing creative projects and teams. Excellent organizational skills and multi-deadline management. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency with Beefree, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Jira, Confluence. Knowledge of email and landing page design best practices. Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously. Strong communication and stakeholder cooperation skills.
