Role: Assistant Manager - Content & Marketing • Location: Gurgaon (On-site) • Type: Full-time We are looking for a creative and strategic Content & Marketing professional to craft compelling brand stories, enhance digital engagement, and drive jüSTa Hotels & Resorts' visibility across platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about content creation, brand communication, and digital storytelling. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with jüSTa’s brand voice. Write and edit engaging, SEO-friendly content for blogs, website, social media, emailers, and campaigns. Collaborate with designers, videographers, and social media teams to create high-impact content. Manage content across all digital platforms, including website, social media, and marketing materials . Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to boost engagement and conversions. Research and implement the latest content trends, storytelling techniques, and audience engagement strategies . Work closely with the product team to ensure content aligns with brand objectives and business goals .
