We work with underserved communities in India to uplift and empower them through education, capacity-building, skill development, and awareness campaigns. From upgrading schools in the slums of Malwani to running teacher training programs and conducting awareness campaigns on child safety, our mission is to create sustainable and meaningful chang Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and driven CSR Executive who will take ownership of the execution, operations, and strategic direction of all projects under the Greater Good Foundation. This role requires high levels of empathy, on-ground problem-solving abilities, stakeholder management, and operational excellence. You will be the bridge between strategy and action — leading change across multiple social impact programs. Key Responsibilities 1. School Support Program ● Identify potential budget-private or low-income schools to partner with across underserved geographies. ● Conduct infrastructure and academic assessments of schools to identify intervention areas (toilets, drinking water, benches, digital equipment, etc.). ● Liaise with vendors and internal teams to execute infrastructure upgrades within time and budget. ● Maintain long-term relationships with school heads and management to ensure continued engagement. ● Create and monitor an impact measurement framework to analyze outcomes of infrastructure improvements 2. Teacher’s Training Program (TeachWise) ● Scale the teacher training program across more schools. ● Restructure and strengthen the current curriculum and training delivery model in consultation with subject matter experts. ● Develop frameworks to track and assess teacher performance improvement and its reflection on student learning. ● Collaborate with trainers, internal staff, and external educational partners for smooth execution. 3. Vidyavaan & Khushiyon Ki Paathshala (Pre- and Post-School Programs) ● Work closely with our implementing partners to track delivery and outcomes of these learning support programs. ● Review monthly reports, monitor KPIs, and provide strategic inputs for program optimization. ● Strengthen field-level monitoring and build strong relationships with grassroots partners. 4. Mera Sheher Meri Suraksha (Child Sexual Abuse Awareness ) ● Identify new schools and communities to conduct awareness workshops. ● Coordinate with trainers and schedule sensitization sessions on child sexual abuse prevention. ● Raise awareness, generate visibility, and support in fundraising and proposal writing for this project. ● Ensure smooth logistical planning and reporting. 5. Skill Development Program ● Design and lead the implementation of vocational skill programs (e.g., digital marketing training). ● Partner with training institutes and companies for curriculum design, delivery, and placements. ● Monitor candidate progress and track placement outcomes. ● Organize field visits, guest sessions, and mentorship opportunities for trainees. 6. Corporate Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement ● Explore synergies with clients of Schbang Group and onboard them as partners/sponsors for Greater Good programs. ● Identify potential CSR partners, write proposals, manage outreach, and secure funding or in-kind support. ● Represent the Foundation at CSR events, exhibitions, and forums. ● Build and maintain strong partnerships with donors, NGOs, educational institutions, and government bodies. Desired Skills & Attributes ● Strong passion for social impact and community development. ● Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. ● Ability to think strategically and execute on the ground effectively. ● Project management and multitasking across varied verticals. ● Experience in fundraising, proposal writing, and donor engagement. ● Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analytics/reporting. ● Comfortable with on-ground field visits, especially in slum communities. Qualifications ● Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Public Policy, Development Studies, Education, or related fields. ● 1-2 years of experience in managing CSR projects or working in non-profit/social sector. ● Experience working with schools, children, or education-focused projects will be preferred.
