Jr. Operations Executive

Requirement: Graduation, with Good Communications Skills and should be well versed with advanced Excel and PowerPoint. Expectations: A detail-oriented and analytical Operations Executive to manage daily and monthly data set uploads on our centralized software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data collation, analysis, and interpretation. The Operations Executive will ensure seamless data management, maintain data integrity, and provide insights to drive business decisions. Responsibilities: ● Data Collation and Upload: Collect, analyze, and prepare data sets for upload on a centralized software. ● Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely daily and monthly data set uploads, maintaining data integrity and consistency. ● Data Quality Control: Verify data accuracy, completeness, and consistency, identifying and resolving discrepancies. ● Centralized Software Management: Serve as a point of contact for a centralized software, ensuring optimal usage and troubleshooting issues. ● Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance data quality. ● Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data alignment, resolve data-related issues, and provide training on data management best practices.
