Job Details • Role / Designation: Senior Business Development Associate - US-Shift - 50 - 55K Fixed Plus Uncapped Incentives • Educational Qualification: Any Graduate • Reporting To: Sales Manager • Shift: 9:30PM to 6:30AM • Work Type: Work from Office • Total Work Experience: 1 years • Annual CTC Range: ₹6,00,000 - ₹7,00,000 (Fixed, plus monthly Uncapped incentives. Responsibilities Lead Management • Connect with international prospects using inbound leads provided. Follow up with calls, to convert leads via outbound communication. Sales Conversion • Explain our international education services clearly and convert leads into admissions. • Understand the unique needs of international students/professionals and provide tailored solutions. • Advise students on selecting suitable universities, courses, and career paths. • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for international enrollments. Reporting & Tracking • Use CRM tools to track leads, applications, and conversions. • Provide weekly sales reports and updates to the manager. Client Relationship Management • Maintain strong relationships with international students and professionals to ensure a seamless counseling experience. Outbound Sales Requirements & Qualifications Experience • Minimum of 2 year of experience in international education counseling or outbound sales targeting global students and professionals. Skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and active listening skills.
