Sales Assistant – Institutional & HoReCa Sales Location: Delhi NCR | Experience: 5–6 years | Industry: FMCG / Frozen Foods / Plant-Based Dairy About Us: 1.5 Degree is a new-age plant-based dairy brand focused on creating premium, ethically sourced frozen desserts and gelatos. We are expanding our reach in the Institutional & HoReCa segment and are looking for an experienced Sales Assistant to drive growth and manage key accounts across Delhi NCR. Key Responsibilities: Manage Institutional & HoReCa sales (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Caterers, Corporate Clients). Develop and maintain relationships with key clients for regular business. Handle rate negotiations, product sampling, and customer onboarding. Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams for timely delivery and order execution. Maintain sales records, support in collections, and generate periodic sales reports. Drive new business development in the assigned region. Requirements: Graduate (mandatory). Minimum 5–6 years of experience in Institutional & HoReCa sales. Strong existing network in Delhi NCR HoReCa segment. Experience in frozen foods, dairy, beverages, or FMCG preferred.
