We are looking for a highly motivated Strategy and Communications Specialist to support our strategic initiatives and enhance our communication efforts. https://www.tv9.com/index.html Job Purpose: This role is responsible for driving the social media strategy and content execution across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X. The candidate will focus on creating impactful and engaging content tailored to each platform, aligned with the brand voice and objectives of the TV9 Network. The role demands creativity, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of current social media trends and algorithms. Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement platform-specific social media strategies that align with business goals and enhance brand visibility. Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, image, video, stories, reels, carousels) across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X. Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and trends in real time. Collaborate with internal teams, including design, video, editorial, and marketing, to ensure consistent storytelling across platforms. Stay updated with platform updates, trends, and algorithm changes to refine strategy and content formats. Schedule and post content via publishing tools, ensuring optimal timing and frequency. Support in reporting, insights generation, and continuous improvement of content quality and engagement. Requirements: Proficiency in content planning and creation for Instagram (Reels, Stories, Carousels), LinkedIn (Thought leadership, Employer Branding), Facebook (Community Engagement), and X (Real-time Communication). Strong creative and storytelling skills, with a keen sense of design and copy. Solid understanding of audience behaviour, content formats, and platform algorithms. Ability to use social media management and analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player who can work in a fast-paced environment.
