About the Role We’re hiring a Trainee for Performance Marketing at Pure Cosmeceuticals Pvt. Ltd. to join our in-house growth team working on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. This is a full-time, in-office training position based in Jaipur (VKI Industrial Area) with hands-on execution, mentorship, and a clear learning curve in D2C performance growth. Responsibilities Assist in setting up and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns Research audience segments and analyze competitor ads Draft ad copy, creative briefs, and landing page hooks Monitor performance metrics like ROAS, CTR, CAC, and spend Maintain performance dashboards and reporting workflows Support with campaign experimentation, A/B tests, and budgeting Optional : Contribute to Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Brand Ads) based on interest and skill You’re a Great Fit If You: Have a strong interest in media buying, paid ads, and D2C growth Know how Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads work (even at beginner level) Have run small ad campaigns (your own or freelance) Are curious about learning ad strategy, not just social media marketing Are based in Jaipur or willing to work from our office (VKI Industrial Area) Bonus If You: Are curious about Amazon marketplace ads (Sponsored Products, Listings, etc.) Want exposure to full-funnel strategy — from creative to conversion Enjoy analyzing what makes some ads scale and others flop Location Vishwakarma Industrial Area, Jaipur (In-office role only) Duration 4–6 months (Full-time internship) How to Apply Send your resume answer this: “What’s one ad campaign you admire, and why do you think it worked?”
