Role : You'll play a vital role in attracting top talent, fostering a positive work environment, and shaping our employer brand. Key responsibilities Own the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. Build a strong company culture by creating engaging team-building activities, organizing town halls, and promoting open communication. Manage employee benefits and ensure smooth payroll operations. Maintain accurate leave records and administer leave requests. Develop and maintain a positive employer brand utilising social media platforms. Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees on all HR-related matters. Setup and execute a smooth grievance redressal procedure. Set up KPIs and targets for yearly reviews for every domain.
