You are a Great fit, if • You have a qualification in Business Management / Real Estate (RICS certification) and or 2 year experience in Direct Sales. • Big plus if the experience you hold is with any Real Estate IPC (property consultant) and or any Real Estate developer in the region. • An outgoing personality with persuasive communication skills. • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail • Working knowledge of MS office, any CRM tool and social media apps like Instagram, FB & LinkedIn. What you’ll do • Crushing numbers – Real Estate Sales for both Residential & Commercial assets in International Markets like Dubai, Thailand, Greece, London, Cyprus, Sri Lanka and multiple territories we expand into. • Create New Clients while maintaining excellent relationship with existing customers. Basically, a business Hunting & Farming role. • Mining client data base and making daily connects with pipeline & new leads. • Conducting online presentations for prospective clients • Planning and organizing client site visits for the shortlisted real estate projects. • Help the client in finalizing an investment opportunity and help them with the final negotiations, application & asset booking process. • Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communication throughout the customer lifecycle (CLC) Qualifications •Masters in Business Management, Sales & Marketing •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Self-owned vehicle - Employment Type Full Time Includes International & Local Travel
