Position Overview We are looking for a dedicated, well-spoken, and energetic Customer Support Executive to join our team. This is a full-time, offline role at our Sikar office, best suited for someone who is passionate about client service, personal growth, and working in a dynamic environment. ✅ Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via calls, chats, and emails, in person and recommending products based on their needs while addressing order status, product details, and payment concerns. Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback Coordinate with internal teams for smooth resolution of issues Actively contribute to a positive and supportive office culture What We're Looking For Fluent in English & Hindi Strong and confident verbal & written communication basic knowledge of financial and stock market Excellent interpersonal and listening skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft office , google sheets ,CRM platforms . Disciplined, smart, hardworking , and eager to learn Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities responsibly Minimum education: Graduate (any stream). Freshers are welcome. Passionate for financial markets .
