Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred from Top rated College. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on global program leadership. Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile. Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Should be able to demonstrate the successful Program management for 1000 task, 100M$, and 100 Stakeholders. Technical Skills: Experience with program management tools, such as P6, MS Project, or Jira Good-to-Have Utility Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the organizations of Power, Energy industry or sector. Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages.
