Role Overview: We are seeking talented and enthusiastic Computer Science graduates (Bachelor's degree in IT or CS or Masters) to join our team as AI Chatbot Developers. In this exciting role, you will be instrumental in the design, development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of sophisticated AI-powered chatbots. You'll work on projects that directly impact our user interaction, aiming to provide seamless, efficient, and engaging conversational experiences. Key Responsibilities: Design intuitive and effective conversational flows for various chatbot use cases. Develop, test, and debug chatbot backend logic and integrations, primarily using Python. Integrate chatbots with internal databases (SQL/NoSQL), third-party APIs, and backend systems. Implement and utilize Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for intent recognition, entity extraction, and sentiment analysis. Work with Large Language Model (LLM) APIs (e.g., Google Gemini, OpenAI, Groq, DeepSeek) and apply prompt engineering best practices. Assist in training, evaluating, and potentially fine-tuning AI models to improve chatbot accuracy and performance. Monitor chatbot performance, analyze user interactions, and identify areas for improvement and optimization. Maintain comprehensive documentation for chatbot design, code, and processes. Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers. Stay curious and continuously learn about the latest trends and advancements in AI, NLP, and conversational AI technologies. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher (Master's) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field. (Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply) Strong programming skills, particularly in Python. Solid understanding of core Computer Science principles: data structures, algorithms, and software design. Foundational knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning concepts, and Natural Language Processing (NLP). Familiarity with working with APIs Basic understanding of database concepts (SQL and/or NoSQL). Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a collaborative mindset. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
