Sales and Marketing Management Trainee

We are seeking highly motivated individuals for the position of Management Trainee - Sales at our Connaught Place, Delhi office. Qualifications & Skills Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field Strong verbal and written communication skills Team player with the ability to support and collaborate Basic knowledge of financial markets is a plus, not mandatory Good time management and task prioritization Familiarity with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation and Prospecting Contact potential clients from a provided database via phone, email, and other channels Understand clients’ basic financial needs and introduce appropriate products Qualify leads and schedule meetings with senior team members 2. Client Meetings and Presentations Organize and coordinate meetings with potential clients Attend meetings with senior team members, supporting presentations and client engagement Ensure prompt, professional follow-up to client queries 3. Business Conversion and Sales Support Align client needs with suitable products from PhillipCapital’s portfolio Support the team in sales efforts and product promotion 4. Client Relationship Management Maintain strong, ongoing communication with clients Follow up post-meetings to address any additional concerns or questions 5. Documentation and Reporting Maintain detailed records of client interactions Assist with sales performance reporting and lead conversion tracking
