Role: SEO & ASO Executive Experience: 3 years in SEO, ASO, and organic growth Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Tech, Marketing, Business, or related field As an SEO & ASO Executive, you’ll lead efforts in driving organic growth through smart search and app store optimization strategies. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a data-first mindset who is able to drive growth independently while working collaboratively. Past experience in branding and creative marketing is a plus. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies - Plan and implement ASO techniques for app visibility - Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking & performance audits - Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO (incl. schema, speed, crawling) - Manage Google Ads and performance marketing campaigns - Collaborate with content, social media, and design teams for aligned campaigns - Track KPIs, generate reports, and present actionable insights - Experiment with strategies to improve ranking, visibility, and conversion - Liaise with developers to implement SEO/ASO recommendations Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proficient in tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, App Store Connect, MobileAction, Dev tools - Familiar with HTML, CSS, JS, CMS platforms - Strong grasp of ranking algorithms, A/B testing, and user behavior - Experience in performance reporting (Power BI, Tableau a plus) - Excellent communication & cross-functional collaboration skills Perks: - Opportunity for high learning and personal growth - Flexible timings with a collaborative, inclusive environment Type: Full-time (Hybrid) Location: Dehradun Working Days: Monday – Friday
