Role Description This is a full-time, on-site faculty position in the area of Business Analytics & Statistics . We are seeking dynamic, academically qualified, and research-oriented individuals who are passionate about teaching and guiding students. The role will include: Delivering undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Business Analytics , Statistics , and related areas. Designing and developing innovative, industry-relevant curriculum . Conducting research and publishing in peer-reviewed journals. Mentoring and guiding students in academic, career, and research areas. Participating in institutional development, academic committees, seminars, and workshops. Contributing to the intellectual capital of the institution through thought leadership , conference participation , and collaborative research . Eligibility Criteria Professor Ph.D. in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching, research, or relevant industry. Proven record of research publications in reputed journals. Demonstrated leadership in curriculum development and academic-industry collaboration . Associate Professor Ph.D. in a relevant discipline. Minimum 8 years of teaching, research, or industry experience. Research publications in indexed journals . Experience guiding doctoral students is preferred. Assistant Professor Ph.D. (or near completion) in Business Analytics, Statistics, or a closely related field. Recent Ph.D. graduates with strong academic credentials and research potential are encouraged to apply. Desired Skills and Qualifications Strong analytical thinking and data-driven problem-solving skills . Proficiency in Business Analytics tools (e.g., R, Python, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SPSS). Deep understanding of applied statistics , data modeling, and visualization techniques. Ability to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical insights . Excellent teaching and presentation skills . Prior academic experience is an advantage. Effective communication and interpersonal skills . Commitment to student success and lifelong learning.
