We are looking for a skilled Pardot Developer to manage and optimize our marketing automation processes using Salesforce Pardot . The ideal candidate will have expertise in Pardot implementation, customization, and integration with Salesforce CRM. They will work closely with marketing and sales teams to create automated marketing campaigns, email workflows, lead nurturing programs, and analytics reports . What You'll Do: Develop, configure, and maintain Pardot marketing automation solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce CRM. Design and implement email campaigns, landing pages, and lead nurturing workflows to drive customer engagement and conversions. Create and manage dynamic lists, segmentation rules, and engagement programs to optimize marketing efforts. Develop and troubleshoot Pardot forms, form handlers, and automation rules for lead generation and qualification. Ensure proper lead scoring, grading, and assignment to enhance marketing and sales alignment. Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to improve email deliverability, open rates, and conversion rates. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2 years of experience working with Pardot and Salesforce CRM. Strong understanding of marketing automation, email marketing, and lead nurturing strategies. Hands-on experience with Pardot configuration, automation rules, dynamic content, and segmentation. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizing email templates and landing pages. Experience integrating Pardot with third-party tools, APIs, and Salesforce Sales Cloud. Proficiency in lead scoring, grading, and marketing attribution models. Experience with Salesforce Flow, Apex, and SOQL. Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign tracking, reporting, and optimizing marketing performance. Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II – Mandatory Pardot certification (e.g., Pardot Specialist or Pardot Consultant) is a plus.
