Job Description
Job Overview: The position will be accountable & responsible for executing the strategies developed to create pipeline, pipeline conversion and enable sales success. The role requires a broad range of skills to be successful including International selling, excellent communication (written, verbal). In addition we need the individual to have experience/exposure into B2B marketing. About the role: - Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction - Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. - Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support - Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers - Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople - Develop strategy and innovative methods for exploring the market and ensure profitability. - Establish & extend the company’s market leadership through effective contributions towards - Business Development, Sales & Key Account Management. - Actively explore, define, evaluate, seek opportunities and turn them into profitable business. Desired Profile: The candidate should have experience in lead generation into the International B2B market with self-motivated go-getter ability to work with utmost efficiency. He should be an excellent communicator, open to explore the market, identify the potential clients and qualify clients to build up a pipeline. He/she should establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers of clients. Job Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills: ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ● Action oriented and independent. ● Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of tasks. Qualifications and Experience: Any graduate/postgraduate 3-6 years of international selling experience in B2B market.
