Do you have a sixth sense for what clients need, even before they do? If so, you might just be the Customer Success Manager we’re looking for What you’ll be up to: Be the go-to guru for our US customers, ensuring they’re getting the absolute best out of Zocket. Build, maintain, and supercharge relationships with clients, making sure they’re always excited to work with us. Use your crystal ball (or just good old data) to anticipate customer needs and solve challenges before they even know they have them. Drive growth by turning happy customers into loyal brand champions. Be a product expert—know Zocket inside out and help customers unlock its full potential. What you’ll need: 2 years of Customer Success experience, ideally in the SaaS space. Comfortable working US market hours (night owls, this one's for you). Stellar communication skills—you're a pro at getting your point across. A knack for spotting trends and insights that others might miss. A can-do attitude with a passion for making customers smile.
