Job Summary: As an Campus Recruiter for one of our client, you will be responsible for executing campus recruitment strategies to attract talent from universities across the country. Your role will involve building relationships with academic institutions and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: • Execute university recruitment strategies to attract graduates and interns for various positions. • Manage high-volume, complex university hiring processes, ensuring quality and consistency in candidate selection and onboarding. • Coordinate and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders at universities, including the placement team, faculty, and student community, to promote the organisation as a top choice among students and graduates. • Collaborate with the ETR lead, team and hiring managers to understand talent needs and align recruitment efforts with Organisational goals. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for university hires, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience from sourcing and screening to interviewing and extending offers. • Oversee the internship/apprentice program, including onboarding and performance evaluation, to create a valuable experience for interns/apprentices • Assist the ETR lead and team in planning, organising, and participating in campus events such as presentations, online assessments, interviews, Tech/Culture fest, tech talks, workshops, and networking sessions to connect with potential candidates and boost the organization's brand. • Adapt to a dynamic corporate environment, aligning recruitment strategies with global and regional needs. • Create reports, track progress, focus on KPIs, and provide regular status updates Qualifications: • Any Degree or Specialisation • Proven experience in university recruitment or campus hiring / high-volume hiring/ talent acquisition, preferably within a technology-driven and dynamic industry. • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey the organization's benefits to candidates. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. • Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) tools. • Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.
