CX Architect

Location : Anywhere in India Job Description Oracle CX Resource with hands-on experience in building CRM solutions by connecting Oracle CX Products. Product knowledge must cover Sales, Service covering 2 or more of the Oracle products -Fusion CX Sales, B2B Service, OFSC, Incentive Compensation, CPQ, OIC, VBCS. Knowledge of ERP will be an added benefit. Expectation from the Role Build futuristic solutions using Oracle CX Products to solve customer problems Interacting with customer on on-going basis to understand their problem and identify excellence areas Build solutions by industry and act as the bridge between the Sales team and Consulting team Fair knowledge if Competitive Products in the market Architect customer solution and implementation of the solution Have good understanding of security aspects in cloud implementation Good Understanding in connecting Oracle Products using integrations Lead challenging projects in implementation and roll-out Ensure Quality of delivery and customer satisfaction Good analytical skills in zeroing down on the customer problems Provide direction and advise on consulting Required Experience Overall experience of 9 to 20 Years Graduation/Post-Graduation in Computer Science field Should have at least 2 industry verticals knowledge Extensive presentation experience Flexibility to travel Excellent Communication & Client Handling skills Strong influencing and negotiation skills
