The team brings in 7 years of experience in building electoral strategies that spark conversations and help shape electoral and legislative ecosystems in our country. As a part of the Analytics & Engineering Team , you will have a great chance to build tools and pipelines from early days by reinventing the concept of using data for the greater good. What is the work? : ● Managing complex databases, including creation, updates, and deletion. ● Working with cross functional teams to Produce Reports by understanding business objectives. ● Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements. ● Ensuring Data Integrity and Quality. ● Designing, Daily Tracking & Monitoring of reports and dashboards. Key Skills- ●Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in computer science. ●Advanced skills in Excel and SQL ●Work experience with at least 1 Data Visualization Tool preferably Tableau, Power BI. ●At least 3 years of work experience as a data analyst or in a related field. ●Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations ● Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements. ●Good written and verbal communication skills. Good to have : ● Experience working with statistical models. ● Knowledge of any scripting language, preferably Python.
