Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in IT recruitment to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a deep understanding of the IT industry and various technical roles. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to senior-level IT positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective hiring strategies. Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with interview panels. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Work closely with HR team to align hiring goals and workforce planning. Support other HR functions such as onboarding and employee engagement initiatives. Required Skills: 8 to 10 years of proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver within tight deadlines. Experience using recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.). Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in human resources or a related field. Exposure to HR operations or support functions is a plus. Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or Candidates with up to 10/15 Days Preferred
