Responsibiliti e s Strong experience and understanding of OPT/H1b Transfer US Hiring, Capable of getting students for any technology training, and maintaining a database of OPT candidate s.Ability to interact, develop Student network, and get the OPT/EAD candidates for Marketin g.They should be able to get H1B Transfer/Project Transfer resources from their database and referral s.Maintaining an active database of OPT candidate s.Strong experience in hiring OPT/H1B/GC/ USC candidates from Job portals, Universities, networks, Social Networking sites, and other source s.Recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B and TN visa holders, and EAD s.Experience in recruiting OPT/GC/US citizen hirings with effective hands-on experience on various jobs i.e., Dice, Career Builder, Monster, Corp-Corp, LinkedIn, et c.They are coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is onboardin g.Posting advertisements on university sites and various job portal s.Screening the resumes according to the Job description and matching with requirements, calling up candidates to explain the job in detail and understand the candidate is fit for the positio n.Understand their interest level & submit the profile with the client and follow up with the candidate and client for interview and feedbac k.Offer negotiations and take feedback from the client and the candidate regarding the interviews take n.Maintaining & updating the Daily and monthly submission and closure report s .
