If you know how to craft scroll-stopping content, catch the latest trends before they trend, and build brand love online—this one’s for you. Key Responsibilities Strategize, plan, and manage Funfull’s presence across all key social platforms — especially Meta (Facebook & Instagram) . Create engaging content: posts, reels, carousels, stories, and short-form videos that reflect our playful, family-friendly brand. Stay on top of internet culture and trends to develop campaigns that feel fresh, fun, and relevant. Manage and grow our online communities, responding to comments and messages to keep the conversation going. Collaborate with design, video, and events teams to sync messaging and brand visuals. Track performance using platform insights and analytics tools — and iterate for better reach and engagement. Must-Have Skills Deep understanding of Meta platforms , algorithms, and content best practices Deep understanding of paid and unpaid ways of marketing over social platforms. Excellent written and visual communication skills. Hands-on experience with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Later , or similar. Knowledge of influencer marketing, UGC , and platform-native formats. A keen eye for trends, memes , and culturally relevant moments. Strong sense of digital branding and storytelling. Overall knowledge of digital marketing strategies as per USA market .
