Destination Head & Student Counselor

About the Role: Knowledge Bazaar is looking for experienced Destination Heads & Student Counselors for the UK & Ireland, Australia & New Zealand, Europe, USA & Canada. This role involves guiding students through the complete study abroad process, from university selection and application submission to visa procedures. You will stay updated on admission policies, represent the company at education fairs and university visits, and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance student recruitment. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire study abroad process, from student counseling to visa application submission. • Guide students in selecting the right universities, courses, and career paths for their preferred destinations. • Ensure accurate and timely submission of applications and supporting documents. • Stay updated on education policies, visa regulations, and institutional changes for assigned destinations. • Have strong knowledge of scholarships, financial aid, and post-study work options. • Conduct presentations at colleges, webinars, education fairs, and university visits. • Represent Knowledge Bazaar at industry events and networking forums. • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to drive student enrollments. • Maintain accurate records and reports on student applications and admissions. Requirements: • Experience: Strong background in student counseling and overseas education admissions. • Knowledge: Deep understanding of university admissions, visa processes, and scholarships for the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Europe (Germany, France, Sweden, Finland, Latvia, Malta), USA & Canada. • Expertise: Familiarity with financial documentation for visa approvals. • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities. • Mindset: Ethical, detail-oriented, and committed to student success. • Tech-savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, application platforms, and reporting systems.
