Role Description · We’re hiring enthusiastic and driven individuals for the role of Management Trainee . · This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for recent graduates looking to launch their career in the U.S. healthcare staffing industry. · You’ll receive hands-on training and guidance as you learn the ins and outs of healthcare recruitment. Key Responsibilities · Understand and analyze healthcare job requirements from U.S.-based clients · Source, screen, and qualify candidates (such as nurses, therapists, and allied health professionals) using job boards, databases, and networking platforms · Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and availability · Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process end-to-end · Maintain candidate records and track communications in recruitment systems · Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals Looking For: · Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Business, HR, Life Sciences, or Healthcare) · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Willingness to work night shifts (aligning with U.S. business hours) · Basic understanding of healthcare staffing or recruitment is a plus · Strong organizational and problem-solving skills · Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
