Business Development Associate Responsibilities- Initiate engagement with prospective students via multiple channels (telephone, email, webinars) to ascertain their academic goals and needs. Provide comprehensive information regarding our EdTech products and services, illustrating how these solutions can assist in achieving students' educational aspirations. Coordinate and maintain a healthy relationship with B2C. Work quickly to address and resolve any issues or concerns. Help promote and maintain a positive company image. Cultivate and sustain relationships with prospective students, ensuring timely follow-ups to address any inquiries or concerns. Monitor and report on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates and enrollment figures. Encourage high sales and good customer service practices Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field from an accredited college or university. 0-1 years of experience in the B2C Sales division. Experience in the EdTech industry is a strong plus. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English, Hindi, Telugu. Proficiency in Google Business Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc). Preferred Qualifications- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships. Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly.
