Graphic Designer

Tiny Human is a design-first creative agency with a soft spot for lifestyle, fashion, wellness, and beauty brands. We build brands from the ground up - and make them look damn good doing it. From creating social content to stunning print assets and brand campaigns, we believe every pixel matters. We’re looking for someone who feels the same. The Role: We’re on the hunt for a Graphic Designer who’s equal parts thinker and maker. Someone who can bounce between brands, juggle multiple design styles, and bring big creative energy to every brief. You’ll be working across: Social media graphics Campaign creatives Branding collateral Packaging design Website and digital assets Print materials (brochures, invites, etc.) Basically, if it needs design, it’ll come through you. Qualifications: We’re looking for someone who’s got the skill and the eye. Ideally, you have: 1–3 years of design experience (agency, freelance, or brand-side) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign A sharp understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy Experience designing for digital-first platforms like Instagram, websites, and emailers The ability to switch design styles across brands without losing your cool Strong communication skills and the confidence to explain your creative decisions Great time management—you can juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality A collaborative spirit, but you’re also happy to take a brief and run with it Bonus if you have: Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
