Strategic Content & Research Manager

Do you breathe stories, live trends, and think in captions? Are you someone who can turn research into compelling content and build narratives that engage and inform? If yes, we want you on our team We’re looking for a Strategic Content & Research Manager who can not only manage and grow our digital presence but also bring journalistic curiosity and research-backed storytelling to our platforms. What You’ll Do: -Own and manage all social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, etc.) with a consistent voice and vision. -Work with the editing team and curate, create, and schedule engaging content — from real-time updates to long-form stories and visual explainers. -Dive deep into research and data to craft meaningful content that educates, informs, and sparks conversations. -Coordinate with internal teams, designers, and video editors to bring stories to life. -Monitor trends, analyze performance metrics, and iterate for growth and engagement. -Source stories from the ground — whether it’s rural India or the heart of urban change — and translate them into digital narratives. -Work closely with the founder/team to brainstorm campaigns and content strategies. What We’re Looking For: -Background in Journalism, Research, Communication, or Political Science is preferred. -Proven experience in managing content-driven social media accounts. -Exceptional writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills. -A nose for news and an eye for visuals — you know what clicks and what sticks. -Comfortable working in fast-paced, idea-driven environments.
