Roles & Responsibilities: Own the accounting cycle end-to-end – Manage everything from Accounts Payable & Receivable, to ledger maintenance, to account reconciliations with accuracy and timeliness. Prepare MIS reports – Deliver monthly financial reports and dashboards that help guide our internal decision-making and investor communications. Stay on top of compliance – Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESI and support in all regulatory filings. You’ll also play a key role in facilitating internal and external audits. Support payroll and labour law compliance – Work closely with HR to assist in payroll calculations and ensure we’re compliant with all applicable labour regulations. Stakeholder coordination – Be the go-to person for everything finance—from liaising with auditors and consultants, to working with other internal teams and external partners. What We’re Looking For: Experience: 3–6 years in a finance/accounting role, preferably in a startup or tech-driven environment. Tools Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Tally and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of GST, TDS, payroll, statutory compliances, and financial reporting. Soft Skills: Good communication, analytical mindset, and an eye for detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic setup. Team Player: You’re collaborative, self-driven, and don’t mind pitching in wherever needed , especially around month-end and year-end closures.
