Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline US Healthcare background with Experience in coding , Revenue Cycle Management Roles and Responsibilities: Manage a team of 20 advisors Enable business to deliver high quality and faster outcomes and maintain the SLAs. Identify and Guide Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement projects / Problem Solving Projects Drive Ideation to invite potential ideas for improvement. Work with cross functions (Quality, Training, and others) to make action plans and drive the same to achieve better results. Plan and coordinate for resource planning and performance execution Initiate and execute remediation plans resulting in better business performance. Participate on All Internal and External calls (Daily, Weekly and Monthly) Key Skills: Excellent Communication Clarity on Vision of key performance Deliverables Ability to identify, analyze opportunities in Coding Process, propose improvement actions and execution Ability to analyze data / information and derive insights.
