Service Engineer

Summary: This role involves Installation and service support of IVD equipment, customer satisfaction, and service revenue generation in the assigned region. This role also contributes both inhouse and field activities. to product sales through technical demonstrations, relationship building, and proactive customer engagement. Required Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the IVD industry is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Installation of equipment according to the set procedure and standards. Managing and taking the responsibility of maintaining the installed base of the allocated region. Carrying out PMS as per the schedule in the customer base. Providing on time Service support to Customers and ensure that the uptime of the product more than 90%. Responsible to generate service revenue from AMC, CMC, and Spares. Reporting Service activities daily and weekly to Service Head. Responsible for the QC check of the device. Maintaining long term relationship with all the clients thought all the means, such as regular site visit, emailing, text, phone call, social media. Regularly demonstrating existing and new products to clients. Master product technical information, be the primarily respondent for field technical supports /feedback/complaints. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong technical troubleshooting skills. Customer-oriented mindset. Strong follow up for service revenue growth. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting systems is a plus. Qualification : B.E/B.
