You will be responsible for developing engaging content, executing campaigns, and interacting with our online community to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, image, video) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube Collaborate with the content, design, and video teams to execute marketing campaigns Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize performance Assist in managing influencer collaborations and paid promotions Maintain a consistent brand tone and voice across platforms Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in a social media or digital marketing role Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and trends Excellent communication and copywriting skills Ability to create engaging content tailored to different platforms Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc. Creative mindset with attention to detail Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
