Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Content Creator with WordPress skills at Diamond Exports Agra. The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for creating and managing digital content on various platforms, with a focus on WordPress. Skills required : Creating and editing short videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok style) Photography and photo editing (good with Canva, Photoshop, or Lightroom) Writing captions and post content for social media Managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn pages Basic to intermediate WordPress skills (editing pages, posting blogs, updating banners, SEO basics) (Bonus) Knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or even Figma Experience needed : Ideally 1–3 years if it's an individual role (but fresher candidates with strong portfolios can also work if budget is tight). Personal qualities : Creativity Good eye for design Organized and consistent with posting Basic understanding of digital marketing trends Qualifications Digital Content Creation and WordPress basic editing skills Graphic design and multimedia content creation abilities Experience with social media management and analytics Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong attention to detail and project management abilities Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketing
