Key Responsibilities Deliver lectures, tutorials, and case-based discussions in business administration subjects. Guide students in projects, presentations, and academic assignments. Participate in curriculum development and departmental activities. Mentor students in academic and career development. Contribute to institutional quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Management (MBA) or related discipline (PhD preferred). Minimum 2 years of teaching or industry experience in relevant areas. Strong command over business subjects such as Marketing, HR, Finance, or Entrepreneurship. Excellent communication and classroom engagement skills.
